永續醫療價值鏈之展望
2025 Sustainable Health Practice Forum
在台灣力拚2050淨零排放的藍圖中，醫療體系是邁向淨零轉型過程中不可或缺的一塊拼圖。賴清德總統的健康台灣深耕計畫，更是開始導入資源，協助醫療院所加快實踐「社會責任醫療永續」的腳步。在衛生福利部帶領之下，近年各醫療院所已紛紛啟動永續作為，而許多醫院已將眼光延伸至屬於範疇三較困難直接控制碳排的供應鏈及其他間接排放，甚至展開資源的再循環利用。永續與低碳醫療，已經不只是加分項目，而是必須積極承擔的責任。
爰此，台灣永續能源研究基金會、中華民國醫師公會全國聯合會、台灣醫院協會與台灣諾華藥廠，於2025年「全球永續論壇GCSF」盛會中，再次攜手舉辦「永續醫療價值鏈之展望」之健康永續分場論壇，邀集政府、醫療院所、產業及學者專家，共同交流政策、減碳策略及管理實務等，協助醫療體系中的各層級夥伴們建立認知，探討發展應對方案。
Climate change presents a dual challenge, posing serious risks to both the environment and global public health. The healthcare sector, responsible for approximately 4.6% of global greenhouse gas emissions, plays a significant role in this crisis. As such, it holds a critical responsibility to lead the way in achieving net-zero emissions and enhancing climate resilience, ultimately safeguarding the health and well-being of communities worldwide. In response to the growing focus on health sustainability and climate-related health impacts, leading organizations such as the World Health Organization and international health bodies have established dedicated agencies to research and issue comprehensive guidelines and standards. This forum brings together distinguished international experts and scholars to provide insights into these guidelines, offering tailored strategies for sustainable hospital development in Taiwan, aligned with the country’s unique environmental and resource context. In addition, real-world case studies from pioneering hospitals in Taiwan will be presented, showcasing practical, actionable solutions.
